TJ Green Energy R&D Pvt Ltd Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy
TJ Green Energy R&D Pvt Ltd (TJGE) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the TJGE.
If TJGE refuses a new or replacement product, customer will be offered a refund.
Purchase Cancellation by Customer
Purchase cancellations received within 3 days of buying may be eligible to receive Олимпийская деревня Красная Поляна a full refund less Rs 50.00 handling and shipping fee.
Any shipment not initiated for courier would be entitled for a full refund.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail only, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All products received by customers must be cancelled/returned to the TJGE.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all TJGE customers unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
TJGE would have no responsibility of damage occurred during shipment in transit. However, we would analyze the case based on incident happened and resolve it to the best of our ability to keep our valued customer satisfied.
TJGE Event Refund/Cancellation Policy
Purchase Cancellation by TJGE or due to unforeseen events
TJ Green Energy R&D Pvt Ltd (TJGE) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low inventory, natural calamity or other circumstances, which would make the product shipping non-viable.
If TJGE cancels an order, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an order, TJGE has the right to either issue a full refund or sell customer to the same product at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Buyer
Unless specifically stated on purchase invoice, the deadline to receive a refund for an order is 3 days after the product shipped.

TJGE Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the TJ Green Energy R&D Pvt Ltd require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the TJGE within 3 days of the invoice date. Within three (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any TJGE product that is deemed defective.
Products provided/sold by TJGE partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
Products which freely available for users to help with laundry instructions are downloadable from TJGE website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are for welfare of our customers. There can not be any claim on those notes as TJGE holds no responsibility of how customer adopt these advices.
